Washington NASA Space Grant Consortium awards funding to undergraduates across the state to help them participate in national competitions either sponsored or sanctioned by NASA.

The competitions in the fields of science, engineering, or mathematics are intended to complement their studies.

In the past, Space Grant has supported team projects in the areas of robotics, microgravity, rocketry, and other NASA-related fields.

Awards range from $1,000 to $4,000, depending on availability of funding. Applications are reviewed throughout the year. It takes approximately two weeks to review applications once all materials have been submitted.

Please note that some competitions require that team members be full-time students and/or U.S. citizens.
